If you are looking for country living away from the city, Hickory Hill Estates has beautifully wooded lots with mountain views. This subdivision has covenants to protect the integrity of the neighborhood but does not have Homeowners Association fees. There is a square footage requirement for one level or two level homes. Water is metered and power/phone is already installed to each lot. The new Southeastern school is another great perk of this subdivision.
